The Sabbatical Officer with responsibility for representing students as learners and ensuring the wellbeing of our members.
The Vice President is also an Officer Trustee with legal responsibilities, as well as a full-time employee of Winchester Students' Union, during their term of office.
The Vice President, Education & Welfare directly oversees Union activities in the following areas:

- Welfare and Wellbeing

What did/do you study?
BSc Physiotherapy (Hons)
What SU run events and activities have you been a part of?
In my time as a student, I was a StARs rep and a One Winch rep!
What are your top Manifesto points?
The world is getting more and more expensive and to help with this I'd really like to start a book exchange. As a physiotherapy student myself I really want to work on getting better support for placement students.
What’s your favourite thing about Winchester?
Evening walks! (I have a love/hate relationship with the hills)
What has been your proudest moment during your student journey (so far)?
-Actually completing my degree! It has been such a whirlwind, and the years have flown by, but I couldn't have been prouder of myself for seeing it all the way through!
What do you like doing when you aren’t being a Winchester SU Officer?
Reading and listening to music.
What made you run in the Elections to become an officer?
Someone recommended me, and I thought it would be a brilliant opportunity to learn skills I'd otherwise never get the chance to.
